01The brief

A verification platform that lets rental businesses check customers' IDs online before handing over gear.

Rental businesses relied on informal checks and original documents brought to the counter. Fake documents slipped through, genuine customers waited, and every handover was slow.

02What we built
  1. 01Document KYC for Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, passport, electricity bill and more
  2. 02Branded registration forms on each business's own link
  3. 03Requests for additional documents when a case needs them
  4. 04A dashboard showing every verification and its status in real time
  5. 05A shared blacklist to report fraud across businesses
  6. 06References from trusted Premium Users to vouch for new applicants
