How it goes

Four steps.One wall.

The same four steps as every Human Works project, tuned for websites.

  1. 01Before we start

    Understand

A working session on your audience, offer and goals. We read what exists and decide what the site must do.

  2. 02Agree it

    Scope

A page plan, content list and fixed quote. You sign off on the smallest solid version before any design starts.

  3. 03Make it

    Build

Design and development run together in short loops. You see real pages in the browser every few days.

  4. 04Hand it over

    Ship

QA, speed and accessibility checks, launch, then 30 days of fixes and small changes included.

Questions

Goodquestions.

01Which platform do you build on?

Whatever fits the job. For most marketing sites we use a modern static or headless setup for speed; when your team wants a familiar editor we'll build on Webflow or WordPress. We'll recommend one in the scope and explain why.

02Do you write the copy?

We guide structure and write the headlines and microcopy. If you need full copywriting we'll include it in the scope as a separate line.

03Can we edit the site ourselves after launch?

Yes. Every site ships with a CMS and a short walkthrough recording so anyone on your team can update pages, posts and portfolio items.
